-Work on Pullups

3 rounds of:
Pushpress
Pullups
Box jumps
KB Swings
Double unders

Last Call:
L holds

Spend 1minuet at each station, rotate after each min. 1 min. rest in between rounds.

Post total rep count for all rounds.
