Nichole-8 Rounds (+2 from a month ago!)

Kim-7almost (But this time her burpees were a full range of motion!)

Leigh -6 Rounds (Leigh doubled her rounds! Holy Crap!)

Look at the improvements you all have made just by going twice a week...you are all awesome, and did great work so far! Lets keep making gains. Again I'm really stinkin proud!
