Team Workout!!!

Handstand or Pike Pushup & Double under Practice

3 rounds:
Max handstand holds or 5 pike Pushups
10 Squats
-------------------------------------------

Team Workout, For 12 mins:
Rest
Lap
Box Jumps
SDHP
Pushpress
-------------------------------------------

Tabata Squats
-------------------------------------------

On the team workout one person is at each station, Rest station, Lap, Box Jumps, SDHP, and Pushpress. When the runner comes back from the lap they go to box jump, Boxjump person goes to SDHP, SDHP person goes to Pushpress, and pushpress person goes to rest station. Continue this rotation for 12 mins. Count your individual reps along the way and we will add them up at the end to determine the winning team.

Well, Not too sure what our scores were. Everyone worked hard today and I think everyone was too focused to count...at least thats what im going by. It was a fun time though.
